Subscriptions
CannnaBiss's subscriptions are shipped to all subscribers at the same time every month (similar to a magazine subscription) This means that if you order after the 19th of the month your first scheduled box will be shipped on the next monthly shipment. We schedule shipping to begin on or about the 20th of each month. We schedule to conclude shipping on or around the 25th of each month. If you are ordering from the US, your monthly box should arrive between the 21st and 30th of each month. If you have not received it by the 30th of the month feel free to contact us. Processing claim can take up to 1-3 business days.
CannaShop
Shop orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). If your order is placed before 12pm PST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) you can enjoy same day shipping. All shop orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the US.

Returns
Subscriptions products
Once you have been charged for your monthly subscription box or limited edition box, CannBliss is NOT able to refund your purchase. No refunds, returns or exchanges on any subscription product unless there is a special situation involved. Please contact our customer service for more details and assistance.
Canna Shop
Once you have made a purchase of a product from our shop, we are unable to cancel or refund your purchase. No returns on outlet products unless a product is received damaged or different from what you ordered. For warranty information please contact the manufacture of the item.
Missing or damaged products during shipping process
If an item is missing from your subscription box, other order or damaged during the shipping process you must send en email us here within 72 hours of delivery of your product to qualify for a replacement item. For damaged items please submit a photo and description of the damage along with your order number. A replacement item will be shipped to you within 3 business day as long as the item is still in stock.
